Exterior wall cracks Treatment :- Wherever exterior wall or roof having cracks in that particular Crack area we will do the below treatment. Making all existing cracks (Excluding of hair cracks) V-Groove cutting (2MMX4MM) and cleaning with hand brush to remove dust particles and applying of one coat of DR.FIXIT PIDICRETE URP bonding coat and filling cracks with “ DR.FIXIT POLY URETHANE SEALENT. Note: 1. While doing v groove cutting if we have identified any wall plastering having weak, we will do it with exterior wall repair work treatment. Here 12inch length is equal to 1rft. 2. After crack filling with this above procedure treated area will be visible like oily patch even after painting also but 100% crack won’t open for 7-10yrs. 3. Same treatment applicable for window frame to wall gaps/ door frame gaps/chimney gaps
